The house, which has recently been restructured, is situated in the Grand Golette, one of the hamlets of La Thuile at an altitude of 1441m and is 42km form Aosta.

The house is divided into 5 apartments all with kitchen utensils, a television, and linen and towelling, there is also a spacious communal garden and a private car park of 20m. Animals are allowed
